Extruders

Extruders are widely used in industry. There is a variety of extruders, such as twin screw extruders, single screw extruders and so on. A lot of plastics products are extruded and most of those products contain additives, which mean that the plastic must be mixed at some point. Mixing is generally done with these extruders, which is used in the product production. A former principal consultant at Smithers Rapra has written a reference handbook to introduce the screw extruders.
