Single Screw Kneading Extruder

A single screw kneading extruder is a type of single screw extruder, which includes a first-stage kneading portion and a second-stage kneading portion alignment. The first kneading portion disperses a polymer filler by a powerful shearing force and has kneading blades on its rotor. The polymer which is incorporated into the filler is uniformly blended by the first portion and dispersed by the second kneading portion. After extruding, there are cavities in its rotor and stator respectively.
