The method of extruding UHMWPE pipe extruded by pipe extruder (2)

The structure and property of the composite were investigated by mean of SEM, DSC and mechanical property test. The test results of DSC show that: T-Zn Ow has inductive effect o crystallization of pipe extruder, which results in double melting peaks and double crystallization peaks, but it has little effect o crystallization ability and crystalline of PP. The test results of mechanical property show that: with the synergistic effect of POE-g-GMA, T-Zn Ow improves the impact strength of PP obviously, but it has little effect on the tensile strength PP.
