3LPE/PP Anti-corrosion Production Line
3LPE/PP anti-corrosion coating is a multi-layer coating system that integrates FBE in North America and protective PE layer in Europe. It is honorably title as "everlasting anti-corrosion system" with its excellent performance. Nowadays, it has been extensively used in transportation projects of oil, gas and water around the world.
3LPE/PP anti-corrosion coating production line can be used for anti-corrosion purpose with single-layer FBE, double-layer FBE, double-layer PE, double-layer PP and triple-layer PE.
The production line consists of pipe conveying system, surface treatment system, dedusting system, heating system, electrostatic spraying system, coating system, end-polishing system, hydraulically and pneumatically driving system, electric controlling system and inspecting system.

FBE/Double PE Powder Coating Anti-corrosion
Epoxy powder coating and PE powder coating takes electrostatic spraying technique. Inside the spraying gun, it is equipped with electrostatic generators to ensure the safety of spraying, and with spray powder regulating devices to control the coating thickness in the range of settings. Two sets of induction heating units finish the curing process to ensure completely consolidation of the coating layer and achieve the proper functions of coating layer.

100% solid polyurethanes
100% solid polyurethanes coating is formed on the anti-corrosion surface by chemical reaction of Polyisocyanate solution and Polyol solution. The reaction is prompt, heat-release chemical polymerization process. With little loss of coating resin, the 100% solid polyurethanes coating dissolve itself. When coated, the coating 100% inverts into solid.

Underground anti-corrosion of water supply pipeline with cement mortar linear
To lengthen the service life of water pipeline, keep pipes away from corrosion and keep water transportation, it takes cement mortar linear anti-corrosion treatment, which separating internal wall of pipe and transporting water by physical insulation anti-corrosion protective layer.
1.avoid the corrosion rust scale in the internal wall of pipe, keep pipe in long-term good condition with small friction resistance.
2.linear insulation layer separates water from metal pipe to ensure the water quality.
3.cement mortar anti-corrosion for internal pipe avoids corrosion perforation and lengthen the serve life of pipeline.
4.lessen the thickness of pipe without enhancing its brittleness, low down the cost of project.
